This is a photo that Christa took on Christmas morning on her way to our house. It was a cold, clear morning. She said that when she took the photo that the bridge was so beautiful in contrast to the rest of the world, but it looks a whole lot smaller in the photo.

Well, here is the first post since I upgraded and as you can plainly see there is no photo attached. What's with that!

This was the scene from our window last weekend, lovely berries and leaves still on the trees. This weekend the leaves are all gone, but I picked a handful of raspberries. They had been frozen and were thawed but they tasted mighty fine for November berries.

But I thought that it was pretty good since I haven't worn this outfit for about 30 years, and I was stylin' back 30 years ago. How times have changed!!

We had a lovely shower at work to welcome Kaelum. Potluck appies - always my favorite. And Shirley brought a terrific cake. Come to think of it, there were 3 cakes! No wonder we were smiling!

Lorraine is house-sitting for an couple who have emigrated from England and their house shows their roots, looking rather British. We had a lovely dinner, as you can tell!

Carol's retirement party

Carol finally packed it in after slaving away for many years. She will slave in a different location because she is such a hard worker that she can't just do nothing! We had a lovely dinner at the Prestige.
